By using the services of RentLoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Carl Scott, operating from Yonkers NY, reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
RentLoo provides portable toilet rental services in the Yonkers area. All rentals include delivery, pickup, and basic maintenance during the rental period. Additional services may be available upon request.
Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date. Customer is responsible for providing clear access to the delivery location. Units must be returned in reasonable condition, excluding normal wear and usage.
Payment is due upon booking unless other arrangements are made. Late fees may apply to overdue accounts. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or extended rental periods beyond the agreed term.
Customers must ensure units are used only for their intended purpose. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, excessive amounts of paper products, or any materials that could damage the unit or create safety hazards.
Customer assumes responsibility for the rental unit during the rental period. RentLoo is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment. Customer agrees to indemnify RentLoo against any claims arising from their use of the equipment.
